Refund & Billing Policy

This Refund & Billing Policy explains how subscriptions, payments, cancellations, and refunds work for Black Label Picks, operated by Pro Esports Picks LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It is part of our [Terms of Service].

1. Subscription Plans

Paid plans, including VIP access, are offered at the prices shown on our [Pricing page] at the time of purchase. All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly unless stated otherwise at checkout) at the then-current price, until you cancel.

You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at each renewal.
Your billing date is the date you first subscribed. For example, if you subscribe on the 15th, you are billed on the 15th of each month.
If your billing date doesn’t exist in a given month (for example, the 31st), you are billed on the last day of that month.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel anytime, online, in a few clicks:

Log in to your account.
Go to My Account → Subscriptions.
Select Cancel.

You’ll receive an email confirming your cancellation. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged again. If you need help cancelling, contact us at [info@blacklabelpicks.com] or through our [Discord support ticket].

4. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for:

Partial billing periods
Unused time after cancellation
Features you did not use
Forgetting to cancel before a renewal
Dissatisfaction with pick or prediction outcomes

Exceptions. We will issue a refund for:

Duplicate charges
Billing errors on our part
Charges made after a confirmed cancellation
Situations where a refund is required by law

To request a refund under an exception, email [info@blacklabelpicks.com] within [14] days of the charge, with your account email and the charge date. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices. We will email you at least 30 days before a price change affects your subscription. If you don’t cancel before the change takes effect, your subscription renews at the new price.

6. Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge. If payment still can’t be collected, your VIP access may be paused or cancelled until the balance is paid. Update your payment method anytime in My Account.

7. Promotions, Discounts & Free Trials

If we offer a discount code, promotional price, or free trial:

The terms shown at checkout apply.
Unless stated otherwise, your subscription renews at the regular price when the promotion or trial ends.
For free trials, you will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
Promotions can’t be combined, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first. Most billing issues are resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed. Accounts involved in fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned.

9. Taxes

You are responsible for any sales, use, or similar taxes that apply to your purchase, where required by law.

10. Account Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service (for example, account sharing or reselling content), you are not entitled to a refund.
