This Cookie Policy explains how Pro Esports Picks LLC, doing business as Black Label Picks (“we,” “us,” or “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies on BlackLabelPicks.com, CodPix, R6Pix, esportsstats.gg, and related services (the “Services”). It should be read together with our [Privacy Policy].
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember you, keep you logged in, and understand how the site is used.
We also use similar technologies, such as pixels (tiny images or code snippets that record when a page is viewed) and local storage. This Policy refers to all of them as “cookies.”
Strictly necessary
These are required for the Services to work. They enable login, account security, checkout, subscription access, and fraud prevention. They cannot be turned off in our cookie settings.
Analytics
These help us understand how visitors use the Services: which pages are visited, how long users stay, and where errors occur. We use this information to improve the platform.
Advertising
These are set by us and our advertising partners. They measure how well our ads perform and show you more relevant ads on other websites and platforms. Under some state laws, this may count as “sharing” personal information for targeted advertising.
Affiliate tracking
When you visit through an affiliate’s referral link, a cookie records the referral. If you subscribe within the cookie period ([30] days), the affiliate is credited. These cookies do not store your payment details.
Functional
These remember your preferences and settings, such as your cookie choices, to improve your experience.
Cookie settings banner
When you first visit, you can accept or reject non-essential cookies through our cookie banner. You can change your choices at any time by clicking [Cookie Settings] in the site footer.
Global Privacy Control
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out of advertising cookies where required by law.
Browser controls
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from logging in or accessing VIP features.
Industry opt-out tools
You can opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies at:
Opting out does not stop all ads. It means the ads you see will be less personalized.
Some cookies are placed by third-party service providers we work with, such as analytics, advertising, payment, and affiliate tracking providers. Their use of cookies is governed by their own privacy policies. We do not control those cookies.
We may update this Cookie Policy as our Services or the law changes. We will post the updated version with a new effective date.
